4.5% ABV - Grisette - A fun twist on a low-abv Saison. We used a French yeast that ferments down very dry, and boosted it with additions of Lemongrass and Lemon Peel for a lovely brightness, and doubled down by adding pureed lemon for a refreshing tart flavor that compliments the subtly spicy flavor from the yeast.
