4.5% ABV Industrial Lager. Our take on the American lager style, featuring a touch more spicy hop presence than the norm, complemented with a clean palate and dry finish. 16oz $6

6.3% ABV - West Coast IPA. This crisp West Coast IPA is bursting with abundant hop aromas tracking to blood orange, blueberry and dank tropicality. A bit of malty sweetness balances the crunchy bitterness, and pulls out a bit of mandarin flesh.

4.1% ABV - Light, crisp and refreshing, our Blonde ale delivers mild malt flavors and a bit of a leafy hop note and some snappy bitterness. A pure crusher.

5.1% ABV - A mostly classic take on the German pils style with firm bitterness and a crisp malt body. The primary hop flavor is delivered by Saphir, a newer German noble-style hop that combines classic German hop spice with some notes of light citrus and white tea.

6.5% ABV- Our signature Hazy IPA is a showcase for a blend of the dankest, most tropical-forward Southern Hemisphere hops, and the most modern hops coming out of the Pacific Northwest. Berry and stone fruit notes mingle with bright citrus and crushed indica. Malt flavors are light, but add a bit of body.

4.5% ABV - Crushable Little Hazy with a soft body and minimal bitterness. The interplay of the domestic and New Zealand hops deliver notes of berry, mango and a bit of sour diesel.

4.7% ABV Fruited Ale. Pop Art is a hybrid ale with elements of fruited seltzer and blonde ale. Brewed with Pineapple, Guava, and Calamansi Lime

4.5% ABV - Grisette - A fun twist on a low-abv Saison. We used a French yeast that ferments down very dry, and boosted it with additions of Lemongrass and Lemon Peel for a lovely brightness, and doubled down by adding pureed lemon for a refreshing tart flavor that compliments the subtly spicy flavor from the yeast.

8% ABV NZ DIPA: Stern DIPA characterized by a lean, crisp maltiness and a highly aromatic hop presence redolent of dark tropicality, stone fruit, and crushed indica (enhanced by a light-handed addition of OG Kush terpenes).

4.8% ABV NZ Pils. Crisp Pilsner hopped at all stages with resinous Superdelic hops bursting with dank Sativa, bright tropical fruits and aromatic calamansi zest.

4.4% ABV - A fairly traditional take on an Irish Dry Stout; we did take the liberty of swapping out the usual flaked barley with flaked rye, which adds a bit of texture to the palate, and perhaps an underlying spice note.

5.1% ABV Our rendition of a classic Munich Dunkel. Mild roast and chocolate notes are layered atop lush Munich malts redolent of dark toast and freshly made biscuits. A bit of earthy hopping adds an extra layer of flavor and aroma, while the house lager yeast keeps it all crisp and crushable.

5.5% ABV - This Red Ale combines lush malt flavors with expressive bitterness and crisp hop aromas. The hops were selected carefully to mesh with juicy caramelized malt, while the touch of roast malt in the finish adds complimentary dryness that enhances the bittering hops.

3.2% ABV - Malt forward British-style ale featuring rich, toasty malt aromas cut with a bit of darker roast element. The rye adds a bit of palate density, as well as some earthy spice that we bounce off of the Golding hops.

4.2% ABV - American Amber Lager brewed with corn and 6-row. Toasty malt flavors round out the crisp malt base.

9% Belgian Tripel - This is our first foray into brewing strong, Belgian-style beers. Tripels are strong ales with a lean malt body, characterful yeast flavors (tending towards spicy phenolics and fruity esters), and a firm but not overwhelming hop flavor and bitterness.

4.9% ABV Pale Ale- Balanced malt and hop flavors, featuring light toast and mild sweetness from the British pale ale malt and light citrus and pine from the all-Simcoe hop base. Bitterness is restrained but enough to clean up any residual sweetness.
